Bookings & Fees
We aim to make Glenbarr an affordable place to stay as a group. Our prices are kept low by the many hours given by volunteers in maintaining the buildings, grounds and assisting with camps. Long weekends can book out well in advance and are only available as a 3-night stay. Please see below for prices and further information.
Please check our availability and contact us if you wish to make a booking or discuss your options. Please note some bookings on calendar do not include all areas so we may be available. We require a hire agreement and non refundable deposit for confirmation of any booking or wedding. Payment is required prior to attending the camp when final numbers are confirmed.

Weddings

/ Per 48 hours
Exclusive use of facilities for 48 hours.
Includes: Barn for Wedding, Kathleen’s Cottage, Stable Inn (Kitchen & Dining Room), Dormitory accommodation for up to 36 guests for one night.
Day Conferences & Events
$180
/ Per Day
Hire of Barn (conference room) – $200 per day
Homestead Tour (min 10 people) – $10 per person
Tour with Devonshire Tea – $18 per person
Group Accommodation

/ Per Night (starting from)
Dormitory Accommodation (no linen supplied) – $65 per person per night (Fri- Mon). $50 per person (Tues-Thurs)
Children under 5 yrs free
Kathleen’s Cottage (includes bed linen and bath towels) – $120 per night (1 – 4 people)
Camp site – $40 per site per night
