When you book Glenbarr, the entire property is yours for 48 hours—usually from Friday to Sunday, though we’re flexible if other dates suit you better. This includes:

• The Bridal Cottage: Your private haven for pre-wedding preparations and a romantic honeymoon suite for your first night as a married couple.
• Group Accommodation: Stay on-site with up to 36 of your loved ones for a weekend of connection and celebration. Start the next day with a relaxed post-wedding brunch surrounded by friends and family and wrapping up a weekend of love and celebration.
• The Barn: A versatile beautifully refurbished 1870s barn, that accommodates cocktail-style receptions, a lively dance party or formal sit-down receptions for up to 80 guests (without a dance floor). For larger celebrations, extend the party outdoors with a marquee.
• The Grounds: Expansive outdoor spaces perfect for ceremonies, marquee or tipi receptions, live entertainment, and endless photo opportunities.
• The Upper Room Chapel: A cozy option for intimate indoor ceremonies. Seating for 40 guests.

• Our Platinum Package offers Exclusive access to the property for 48 hours inclusive of all accommodation and Kathleens Cottage.
• Our Gold Package is suitable for use of the venue minus accommodation; however, you may wish to book Kathleens cottage for an additional fee.
• Flexible catering options: Use our onsite commercial kitchen, hire caterers from our recommended list, or bring in food trucks, our team will help you source your vision.
• Pet-friendly policies: Include your furry friends in your big day (just keep them safe around nearby livestock).

Additional Packages & Extras

• Intimate Ceremony Package: Our North Lawn is a picturesque spot for smaller ceremonies. Enjoy a day package including access to the North lawn, bathrooms, Stable Inn or Barn and suits a group of 20-40. Available Weekdays only.
